Kampuchea Tela Hosts “Effective Communication Methods” Training to Empower Employees

On March 18, 2026, at the headquarters of Cambodia Tela, a training course on “Effective Communication Methods” was organized with the aim of improving the ability and strengthening communication skills to be effective in the work of employees, in accordance with the company’s human resource development strategy plan.
Mr. Soy Socheat, Deputy Director General of Kampuchea Tela, participated as the chairperson of this training course, along with Mr. Chhuon Sereyvichet, a trainer and trainees from the management of the Retail Department and the Wholesale Department.
In the current work context, human-to-human communication is still the “heart” of the organization’s success, despite the advancement of technology. The training course focuses on building trust, active listening, and managing emotions to help employees understand customer needs and effectively solve problems.
The Deputy Director General said that communication, as sellers, is very important in communicating with customers to maintain long-term trust. As sellers, we are also buyers, buying emotional support by respecting and providing value to our customers.
Finally, the Deputy Director General encouraged and recommended that all participants actively participate in the course, ask questions, share experiences, and apply the knowledge gained in their daily work to create positive changes in the way they communicate with colleagues and customers.
